North Bluff

Our North Bluff community in South Austin is a reflection of wanting to provide different ways to live in a residential community. With a mix of homes surrounding a community park and garden and traditionally parked homes with driveways, we were able to unlock density and provide shared outdoor spaces that celebrate the beautiful existing trees. The homes are clean, modern and compact, ranging from 1200 to 1600 sf, in order to keep price points down and encourage the lives of residents to spill out into the public gardens.
