Located in the heart of Clarksville, a neighborhood known for its historic craftsman style homes, this four-unit single-family community was an expression of 4 unique homes surrounding a central parking and park area. The homes’ long side gables and deep overhangs reference the local vernacular, while creating a unique and simple architecture for this community.
